Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and WeddingInWhites when you use the service. By creating an account you accept them. Please read the Privacy Policy as well — it forms part of this agreement.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account, and the details you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

What you may publish

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You agree not to:

• upload photographs, music, video or text that you do not have the right to use;
• publish anything unlawful, hateful, obscene, or that impersonates another person;
• use the service to send unsolicited bulk email to people who have no connection to your wedding;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.

By uploading content you give us the limited permission we need to store it, display it on your website and show it to your guests — nothing more. We may remove content that breaks these rules, and in serious or repeated cases suspend the account.

Your web address

Addresses are allotted first come, first served. Some words are reserved and cannot be claimed. We may reclaim an address that infringes someone else's trade mark or is used in bad faith.

Plans and payment

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in Indian rupees through Razorpay. A paid plan applies to the specific wedding website you bought it for.

Refunds

If a payment is taken but the feature is not unlocked, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full. Beyond that, because a wedding website is delivered immediately and is personal to you, payments are generally not refundable. If something has gone genuinely wrong, write to us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, especially around wedding dates, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We may need to interrupt it for maintenance or changes. We are not able to guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Keep your own copy

We take reasonable care of your content, but you should keep your own copies of your photographs and guest list. Do not rely on WeddingInWhites as your only copy of anything irreplaceable.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. Published sites come down when an account is closed.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
